Terms and conditions for Teacher Unlimited Summer Pass

Welcome to FIT4MOM Kitsap Peninsula currently offering Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and Strides 360! Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your membership or class pass.

CLASS PASS HOLDER BENEFITS

Access to 10 (10 Pack) Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre or Strides 360 classes within a 6 month period.

Teacher Unlimited Summer Pass Stroller Strides, Barre, and 369, good through the summer.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

'All Access' Unlimited classes at any of our Fit4Mom Kitsap Peninsula (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and Strides 360 drop in workouts).Access to our private online Active Facebook Group. Members Only deals and coupons from our National and Local sponsors.

MANAGING YOUR MEMBER & CLASS PASS CLIENT ACCOUNTS

All FIT4MOM Kitsap Peninsula Members and Class Pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Pike13 account prior to participating in any of our programs.

PAYMENTS FOR CLASSES

We accept payment by debit cards, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard credit cards. All monthly memberships must have a credit card on file. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Billing periods will reflect a 30 day cycle beginning on the 1st day of purchased services. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically every 30 days for all memberships. Please see below for our monthly hold and cancellation policy.

CLASS PASS PAYMENTS

We accept debit cards and Visa, Discover, or MasterCard credit cards for passes.

CREDITS/REFUNDS

There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs.

HOLD POLICY

Members may place their membership on hold for reasons such as; pregnancy leave, long extended vacations, injuries, etc. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 6 months each year. All Clients wishing to activate holds must email nataliebindel@fit4mom.com to request a hold. A one time $15 hold fee will be charged to your account. Once the end of the hold period has been reached, the Member’s original Membership contract will resume. Hold must be requested 7 days prior to the desired hold start date. If a Member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the Member will still be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement- hold periods DO NOT count towards the Member's monthly contractual obligation.

Memberships may be canceled so long as the Member provides at least 30 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless written notice is received by FIT4MOM Kitsap Peninsula. In order to cancel a membership, the Member must notify FIT4MOM Kitsap Peninsula via email informing us of the request for cancellation. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the FIT4MOM Kitsap Peninsula franchise. Once a membership is canceled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal registration fee. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.

STROLLER POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES/STROLLER BARRE/STRIDES360

Children 0-5 must remain in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class. For accommodations for children 5 and over, email natalie.bindel@fit4mom.com

Our goal is for you and your children to have an amazing fitness experience with us. We realize you have choices for your fitness needs and we appreciate your business. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately. As we strive to bring you the best program possible, we value your feedback!

**INCLEMENT WEATHER: Although rare, FIT4MOM Kitsap Peninsula will cancel classes in cases of inclement weather. Class cancellations due to these conditions will be announced at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Feel free to call or text us at (303)990-2792 Monday- Friday during regular business hours (9am-5pm) for any questions.

**PRE ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES: We require ALL clients to pre enroll for their classes. This allows instructors to contact clients should there be any changes to meeting spots or cancellation of classes. Clients must pre enroll at least TWO HOURS before class start time. Classes may be canceled if there are no pre enrollments. Any class cancellations will be announced at least ONE HOUR prior to class start time.

Pre enrolling for your classes will provide the latest information on the schedule including class meeting location changes/cancellations.

By purchasing this contract, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract. Terms of this agreement may change with proper advance written notice.
